Are You a Mid-Level Patent Prosecutor Looking for a Change?

 Dallas IP boutique seeks a mid-level associate (3rd– 5thyear) licensed to practice before the USPTO having solid experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications, as well as patent counseling. This position also may involve some patent litigation support, including infringement, invalidity and claim construction analysis.

We prefer candidates with mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, software engineering, or computer science backgrounds.  Big firm experience is also a plus.

 A candidate must be able to handle the responsibilities of this position with minimal supervision.  The candidate also must be comfortable with regular client contact.
